D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the support system.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
