Amarr (a part of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in opening solutions) is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to increase engagement of our digital marketing programs (such as our customer e-commerce program and digital dealer solutions) by our customers, resulting in increased sales.

This position will work closely with the our customers (garage door dealers) and other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the strategic direction of the Amarr digital marketing programs for our dealers, including B2B2C e-commerce, dealer websites, dealer leads and dealer reviews.
  • Develop and implement effective, results-driven strategies to increase dealer participation, dealer engagement and dealer performance with digital marketing programs.
  • Partner with sales and marketing team to increase awareness of our digital marketing programs for dealers.
  • Educate newly onboarded dealers with training and development.
  • Be the primary contact for digital marketing program support for dealers.
  • Manage customer service issues that arise for all dealer digital marketing programs.
  • Report key performance metrics and analyze dealer performance of the digital programs and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Recommend continuous improvement product solutions based on customer feedback for improved customer experience.
  • Drive innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with internal and external 3rd Party digital content providers to enhance UX throughout the user journey and shopping experience.
  • Effectively manage cross-functional team to gather feedback and implement strategic actions. Team includes digital and website managers, product managers, Sales teams, and customer service.
  • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, online purchase behavior, and develop action plans to optimize web content / experience, accelerate engagement, increase sales funnel conversion, and grow e-Commerce sales.
  • Analyze customer demographics and e-Commerce transaction data to develop strategies on increase.
  • General duties will include analysis, reporting, and presenting recommendations for e-Business initiatives and metrics to upper management

Requirements :

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, specifically, Magento v1 / v2 and AEM CMS.
  • 3+ years of relevant e-Commerce or e-Business work experience.
  • Experience with building customer engagement and account relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • B2B2C marketing experience a big plus.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to articulate clear and concise status and action plans to resolve issues and risks at the right level of detail for the audience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or Communications.
  • Ability to travel both overnight and extended times approximately 2-3 nights per quarter.

The Details :

Our hours are Monday - Thursday from 7 : 30am - 5 : 30pm and Fridays 7 : 30am 11 : 30am. We offer a competitive salary based on experience.
