Position : Sales Rep / Designer at Closets by Design
What We Offer :
- Flexible schedule with pre-set appointments
- Comprehensive sales and design training (no experience necessary)
- Travel to clients’ homes to assist with organizational design needs (closets, laundry rooms, pantries, garages, entertainment centers, and more)
- Six-month training / transition period with earnings while building your installation pipeline
What We’re Looking For :
- Excellent people skills
- Fun and outgoing personalities
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation (sales experience is a plus, but not required)
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-home consultations with clients, providing design solutions and quotes to meet their organizational needs.
- Follow up with customers on additional requests and changes.
- A detail-oriented individual who ensures all information and paperwork are submitted with precision and accuracy.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements :
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to attend in-person training from Monday, October 21st through Friday, October 24th.

Compensation :
Earn between $ 2 k - $8k+ in commission and bonuses per month
