Senior Software Engineer

With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to join a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier known for pioneering advancements in vehicle access and mobility solutions.

What youll be doing :
- Design and develop embedded software for vehicle access products
- Mentor and guide less skilled software engineers, acting as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to manage designs, requirements, and specifications
- Participate in Agile Scrum teams through sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
- Estimate hours, costs for tools, and licenses for new programs
- Support engineering in new product development and manage lessons learned
- Write C Code to meet functional and technical specifications
- Perform peer reviews on all artifacts during the project lifecycle
- Ensure code compliance with MISRA-C, CERTC, and ADAC coding guidelines
- Create and maintain software architecture and detailed designs
- Support Test Lab functional test requirements and manufacturing regarding inline product testing methods
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of automotive experience, with significant expertise in AUTOSAR (Vector preferred) and software architecture tradeoff analysis in AUTOSAR
- Experience with ADAS is preferred
- Ability to lead software development projects independently
- Proficiency with Lab Power Supply, Soldering Iron, Oscilloscope, Digital Multimeter, and other relevant tools and software
- Strong problem-solving skills utilizing 8D, Kepnor-Tregoe, and Fishbones methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and contribute to peer design reviews
