Lincoln, CA San Francisco Bay Coffee is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for our expanding Shipping & Receiving Department!

Job Summary :
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supporting the logistics of Shipping and Receiving functions companywide. An integral part of the warehouse team and support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations.
Ensures the highest quality of work and maximizing productivity and safety of our warehouse.
Responsibilities :
- Assure Food and Warehouse Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor and track of production and shipping schedules.
- Develops work schedules, including extra workdays and shifts as needed, and assigns work to subordinates.
- Manages labor hours and consumable supplies within budget.
- May train, evaluate performance, approve timecards, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers and disciplinary action.
- Receives dispatches, contributes to the management of warehouse inventory levels, oversees and administers receiving and distribution operations.
- Analyze shipment logs, review timeliness of scheduled deliveries and develop warehouse KPIs.
- Supervise order selection, product replenishment; order loading / unloading, ensuring safety and security of the warehouse and providing management and direction to assigned warehouse staff.
- Proficient with database processes, usage, and looks for continual improvement with warehouse management software.
- Reviews work processes, recommends measures to improve warehouse performance and inventory accuracy, and provides continuance process improvement to support department and company goals.
- Suggest efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with implementation of changes within the warehouse.
- Supervises the process of receiving, shipping, and loading audit daily ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed (including HAACP, food safety, and catch-weight documentation) and that material handled and stored correctly with a minimum potential for loss.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving supplies required is ordered in a timely manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Consistently enforces company policies and procedures.
- Organizes efforts with the Safety department to aid in training, conducting associate observations, updating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspections
Education / Experience Requirements :
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields preferred.
- 4+ Years of experience required in manufacturing and / or warehouse distribution.
- 2+ Years of experience preferred as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of shipping, receiving and logistics services.
- Excellent knowledge of UPS and other shipping software as needed.
- Technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.
- Successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings.
- Multi-task, ability to anticipate and effectively problem-solve.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations.
- Manufacturing environment experience required.
- Forklift experience required (High Reach, Standup, and Pallet Rider).

Pay : $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
