We are seeking an IH / Building Sciences Technician to join our St. Louis, MO team! Come join us!

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Performance of building science and IH services primarily for residential, commercial, and industrial clients such as chemical exposure monitoring, noise surveys, asbestos abatement air monitoring, asbestos inspections, hazardous materials surveys, lead-based paint surveys, and / or microbial inspections and sampling.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
• 1-5 years of Industrial Hygiene and building science experience in consulting environments.
• Write technical reports
• Experience maintaining corporate management standards (either as a consultant or an internal compliance officer).
• Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, MS Office computer, organizational, and analytical skills.

Desired Certifications :

• Asbestos Building Inspector and Management Planner certification with appropriate licenses in MO & IL
• Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor certification with appropriate licenses in MO & IL
• Experience in traditional hygiene sampling such as air, dust and fumes
• Experience in evaluating indoor air quality including Mold and Radon
