Compensation :
$84,351 - $154,369 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Hire, Train, and develop new advisors
- Agents individual weekly reviews (PRP)
- Maintain Production Standards
- Help the Managing Partner protect the New York Life Brand
- Lead and build your team of financial professionals
- Throughout your career journey with New York Life, you’ll continue to have opportunities to grow and be promoted to increasingly senior levels of management

- Must have a valid Life, Accident, and Health insurance license in the financial services industry
- Possessing SIE and Series 6 or 7 federal credentials is advantageous
- Should have a thorough understanding of the insurance and financial services industry
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively explain insurance strategies and products
- Excellent sales and marketing capabilities are essential
