- Responsibilities :
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties such as mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, and disposing of trash
- Utilize protective gear and follow safety guidelines for using cleaning solutions
- Maintain punctual attendance and respond to facility needs in a timely manner
- Represent HCSG positively and engage with residents and staff courteously
- Qualifications :
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Utilize leadership skills and work well independently after training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift / carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks continuously
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies
- Must live in the service area
