About the Team

The People Team is dedicated to supporting Clari's top priority - our people! We handle a wide range of functions including recruitment and talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, benefits administration, HR compliance and more.

About the Role

The People Programs Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and closing a variety of HR programs, aligning efforts across various projects within the HR function to achieve organizational strategic objectives.

This position entails close collaboration with HR leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in HR, excellent program management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Team leadership to align program goals with overall business strategies
  • Manage the employee intranet (Compass) as well as updating documentation and handbook with new or updated information
  • Oversee the coordination, planning, execution, and closure of People Programs
  • Manage high-level meeting coordination and facilitation by ensuring all logistical aspects are organized and communicated concisely
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and to implement programs with the goal always being to make processes easier from the perspective of the team members
  • Independently gather information from a variety of sources; analyze, interpret, and summarize data gathered, and deliver meaningful insights to the People Team leadership team and other organizational stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in People Programs, Program Management, or similar in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong communication skills that can build lasting working relationships with internal teams
  • Able to comfortably move between strategic issues and day-to-day People Team operations
  • Ability to adapt and quickly change direction when necessary in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Comfortable partnering with employees, leadership, and other internal teams, with the ability to pivot between priorities
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Lattice, MangoApps, and Slack, preferred

It is Clari's intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
