Position Summary : Support, troubleshoot, document, and maintain enterprise academic advising technology systems and applications.

Required Qualifications :

  • Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline.
  • Conducts work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.

Position Details : Job duties include but are not limited to :

  • Oversee the set-up and maintenance of the transfer advising plans within the system.
  • Perform system testing and trouble-shooting.
  • Document and communicate system updates and improvements.
  • Build all transfer plans within the system.
  • Perform continual system monitoring, investigate new system functionality, and provide updates or recommendations to partner units and leadership as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the system and conduct end user training.
  • Ensure transfer and academic plan templates are accurate.
  • Act as the subject manager expert for the student success management system and its interface with the student information system and information technology.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Career Development Center staff and leadership.
  • Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity, may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

Scheduling, shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.
