Compensation :
$87,000 - $124,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers face to face to assess their energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solar proposals and quotes for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing leads and closing deals in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
