We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician Level I to join our team in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in light electrical work, light plumbing, general building repair, and general building maintenance.

As a General Maintenance Technician Level I, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our restaurant facilities.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :

As an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing leaks, and fixing minor electrical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with general building repairs, including drywall repair, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant staff.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant facilities.

HERE’S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance work, preferably in the restaurant industry
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building repair techniques
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
