Senior Accountant

$85,000 / yr.-$90,000 / yr. + discretionary bonus

Summary - Vaco is working with a health care company and they have an opening for a dynamic Senior Accountant. This person will posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, as well as assembling and analyzing financial statements.

This company is offering excellent benefits plus vacation.

Duties -

• Prepare journal entries
• Account reconciliation
• Improve the month end close process
• Ensure GAAP is within compliance
• Financial reporting
• Intercompany reconciliation.
• Budgeting and variance analysis
• Work with auditors for account related processing and procedures

Education / Experience -

• B.S. in Accounting / Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with working with auditors
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office
• Experience with ERP software
• Proficient in Accounting and Financial systems
• Healthcare industry is a plus

Schedule - Full time / onsite
