Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of trade and investment assistance including allocations, trade processing, settlement, and other operational duties.
- Supervise cash positions and forecast future funding needs.
- Coordinate month-end valuations with independent third parties and dealers.
- Keep an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of the primary pipeline of pending deals, managing priorities related to allocations, liquidity sources, and other critical pre-close information.
- Oversee credit facilities concerning borrowing bases and requests.
- Address specific requests for investment performance, accounts, or strategies.
- Assist with client reporting requests.
- Identify and implement process improvements through reengineering or technological solutions.
- Participate in investment-related meetings and discussions.
Required Experience :
- 7-10 years in Middle Office Operations within an asset management firm, administrator, hedge fund, or investment advisory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience with various financial products, including broadly syndicated loans, bonds, BDCs, and structured products.
