Ibml is seeking a Senior Account Executive, based in the USA to generate incremental revenue growth in our Sales, Service, and annuity stream revenues.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively across teams including Sales and Presales, Service, Marketing, and Product Development to develop sales strategies and tools.
The Senior Account Executive will create an appropriate sales strategy for each potential client and engage senior members of the ibml team to assist with individual accounts where appropriate.

Job Responsibilities
- Be the thought leader and subject matter expert for strategic account sales.
- Formulate strategy, develop and deliver comprehensive account plans to address individual client priorities.
- Identify and target new business opportunities for the ibml portfolio with particular focus on the new product introductions of ibml’s high-volume document scanning and data capture solutions.
- Follow a disciplined approach to pipeline development. Utilize Sales Force CRM to keep the pipeline reporting up to date.
- Forecast and track key customer metrics.
- Position new product sales via both a Capex (traditional) sales model and an Opex model as well as ibml as a service .
- Develop long term trusted advisor status with C-level executives and work strategically to understand the customers business, their needs, and help develop and position ideas that provide them with market differentiation and advantage.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of market conditions, industry best practices, market opportunities, and customer requirements.
Review relevant information and feed into the ibml product roadmap to drive competitive advantage.
- Work and collaborate effectively internally and externally.
- Achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience managing complex sales engagements and large customer relationships.
- Must be driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency, have a positive can-do attitude and be resourceful.
- Experience of document capture and associated vertical markets.
- Experience selling to Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, BPO and / or Federal Government sectors an advantage.
- Experience in as a service sales methodologies.
- Knowledge of Big Data, Security and Privacy, RPA, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
- Successful history of driving progress with cross functional teams.
- Experience launching new products.
- Experience working with CRM systems, especially Sales Force CRM an advantage.
- Growth mindset utilizing data and analytical skills to drive effective decision making.
- Strong execution focus with ownership of KPI’s.
- A passion to ensure a superb customer experience.
- Understanding of the digital transformation opportunity facing organizations.
- Ability and experience structuring win-win partnerships internally and externally.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive working relationship with co-workers, partners, and customers.
- Organized, methodical, execution focused with creativity and high integrity.
- Ability to travel throughout the USA 50% of the time.
- Resides in Birmingham, AL or Atlanta, GA is preferred
