Ford Certified Automotive Technician Needed

A client automotive dealership in the Kansas City region is currently seeking skilled and experienced technicians to fill multiple positions, including :

• Ford Certified Master Technician
• Ford Certified Senior Master Technician
• Ford Transmission Specialist

Job Description :

• Ford Certified Master, Senior Master Technician, or Transmission Specialist
• A-Level Technician
• Bumper-to-Bumper
• Proficiency in following Ford's diagnostic procedures
• Exceptional diagnostic and repair skills in accordance with manufacturer's standards
• Expertise in repairing and servicing various vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems, for gas, diesel, hybrid, and / or EV models.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues right the first time.
• Training, coaching, mentoring, and motivating fellow technicians.

Experience / Background :

• Must hold a Ford Certified Senior Master Technician designation.
• Preferred : Current Ford certifications, but those without must have less than 4 years since last working at a Ford dealership
• Demonstrates high level of positive energy.
• Operates with utmost integrity and honesty.
• Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
• Previous experience with diesel vehicles
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
