Your role in our mission
- Review and research suspended Medicaid claims and adjudicate them per DCH policy.
- Participate in meetings as necessary
- Respond to emails quickly and precisely
- Utilize various system data bases in order to appropriately adjudicate a suspended claim
- Operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines
- Adhere to strict guidelines including HIPAA, company security, and company ethics.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing policies and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (healthcare billing, insurance claims processing is a plus).
- Computer literate / Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational Skills (Time management, goal setting, note taking)
- Attention to detail
What you should expect in this role
- This is a fully remote position in Georgia, contingent upon the successful completion of mandatory on-site training.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
