Job Description :
Typical day in the role - prime auto collections, early stage (between 28-59 days past due). Will work to grab at least 1 payment and can roll into delinquency.
Will be working on 2 different systems. One is an auto dialer and will transfer the call when someone picks up, the other is preview dial where they will have 15 seconds to pull up their account.
Will have to be comfortable with heavy outbound calling.
Qualifications / Skills :
- 2+ years of collections related experience, preferable first party collections
- 2+ years of making outbound calls
- 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Understanding of general collections process and knowledge.
