Want to be part of this? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Technology Marketing Systems to join our Technology team.

This high visibility individual will work along-side Marketing, Strategy and Analytics, and various business leaders to provide support to Marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and evaluate new Martech and Adtech technologies to improve customer engagement, retention and lead generation.
  • Manage and implement marketing platforms such as email marketing platforms, Campaign management, ESP’s, SMS, Loyalty, Personalization, DAM, PAM, GTM platforms.
  • Enable and manage integrations with adtech platforms such as affiliates, social media, video,Ad exchange, DSP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Design and implement marketing technology strategies and workflows to optimize the customer journey.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and incorporating them into the company's strategy.
  • Manage a team of permanent employees and consultants
  • Mentor the teams and empower them to be successful.
  • Do Quarterly reviews of the employees, set and monitor the goals
  • Responsible for implementation of projects
  • Responsible for vendor negotiations and looking for cost saving opportunities.
  • Manage and train marketing teams on the use of marketing technology tools.
  • Monitor and analyze data from marketing technology tools to measure and improve performance.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and incorporating them into the company's strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology budget.
  • Provide and maintain technical documentation, training, and support to ensure that all stakeholders are able to use the marketing technology effectively.
  • Software and Consulting vendor management
  • Work with business partners on prioritizing the work streams and establish repeatable framework.
  • Able to manage multimillion dollar and multiyear IT programs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Computer Science or related field.
  • Must have managed big teams and be able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with personalization platforms.
  • 7+ years experience in implementing customer communication channels such as Email, SMS.
  • 7+ years experience building and leading high-performing technology teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with both technical and business partners.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Integration of various marketing and advertising tools (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs) into a cohesive system
  • Must have thorough understanding on Campaign life cycles and should have extensively managed solutions for digital campaign management.
  • Experience in dealing multiyear multimillion-dollar programs with multiple vendors.
  • High intellectual curiosity and work ethic

$133,500-180,900 . This salary range is specific to Colorado, New York, California, and Washington, and may differ in other locations.

We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 12% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.

Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid office location near our Dublin, CA or Houston, TX Corporate Offices.
