Seeking Special Education Teachers - 1099 Contract - Full-Time - Weekly Pay
We are seeking a dedicated Middle / High School Special Education Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with diverse learning needs.
As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for students with special needs.
Duties :
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
Provide specialized instruction in various subjects such as Math, Language Arts, and Behavioral Health
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student learning and development
Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
State certification in Special Education
Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
Knowledge of early intervention strategies and childhood development principles
Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and standardized testing procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Additional skills such as experience in Deaf Education, Library Services, or Proofreading are a plus
