We are a growing Forensic Engineering firm looking for a marketing coordinator to join our marketing team. The position involves social media marketing of events, assisting with developing client relationships, and attending in-person marketing events.

We need an outgoing, detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of marketing / business development experience. The candidate will execute an existing online marketing platform and assist with client acquisition, analysis of attendee data, and developing client relationships.

In addition, some light travel within the southwestern US may be required. The position requires good computer skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Experience in the legal arena or insurance industry is a plus. Self-starters with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

What You will do :

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

  • Must have experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple platforms (Company Website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Increase our overall following and engagement.
  • Create dynamic, unique, and engaging content while ensuring all content has user journeys optimized for lead prospecting and conversion.
  • This person should also have the ability to film and edit content to be customized and optimized for social media platforms : YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube videos, etc.

This may include high-res footage, show episodes, audio splits, gathering final deliverable needs, and facilitating the delivery of final files.

STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Work in partnership with Management and Senior Staff to build out the marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of marketing and supports short-term lead generation goals and longer-term growth of client volume and company revenue.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on all social media platforms, online seminar series, email performance, and lead generation identifying areas of opportunity and providing direction for improvement.
  • Forecast event and marketing costs for approval by Management.
  • Research and identify trends and create unique content with the Automotive Industry.

BRANDING & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment through all client touchpoints, including digital, social, collateral, partnerships, and events.
  • Cross-collaborate with peers in other lines of business to achieve consistent brand messaging where appropriate.
  • Review and refine our existing mission, values, and brand story.
  • Own reputation management of the brand by acquiring testimonial videos, reviews, PR mentions, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital and traditional marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related.
  • Experience creating content and managing calendar for organizational Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts.
  • The perfect balance between strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking and creativity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Primary Software : Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn
  • Secondary Software : Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and digital publishing, Google Search Console
