Skills / Qualifications

• Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
• Proven team leadership.
• A positive can-do attitude that is able to identify obstacles to achieving a goal and determine alternative approaches.
• Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot / diagnose complex project issues.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud environment and services.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs.
• More than 2 years experience with Agile methodologies and have experience running ceremonies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide audience.
• Ability to partner and lead with people across the company in solving complex business needs.
• Solid experience in building high-performance services.
• Concise and authoritative reporting on complex technical issues and situations with the ability to write user stories for development.
• Desire to experiment with new technologies, architectures, and approaches.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience with graph databases.
• Experience of information security regulations and measures.
• Experience with game development technologies and architecture.
• Experience with any of the following : TYPESCRIPT, PIXI.JS, RUST.
• Experience working in the defense industry.
• Experience with deployment of applications into a cloud environment.

Education / Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar discipline.
