Summary :
- Responsible for leading project management of audit and compliance project efforts across the Tableau Partners. Responsible for managing a specific business project across different cross-functional (Compliance, Sales Operations) teams to meet business objectives.
- Relevant Experience : 3-5 years in consulting functions or organizations leading business / operations programs and projects.
Critical Needs :
- Minimum of 5 business projects across multiple cross-functional teams or change management programs
- Experience in managing large-scale Business initiatives and implementing these across multiple geographies. Experience in working with the sales / field team is a plus.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple functions in project execution with business leaders, and business operations
- Ability to lead in an matrixed climate and lead all aspects of project delivery
- Strong project management skills

- Responsible for the effective delivery of multiple project components (business + operational) related to compliance initiative
- Weekly status communications to stakeholders on project deliverables / milestones
- Manage the activities of up to 5 people across various teams to achieve strategic goals
- Oversee dependencies and remove obstacles that pose a risk to program success across multiple functional organizations and project teams
- Facilitate healthy relationships across program teams with diverse technical & non-technical roles
