Pay : Range starts at $15.25 / hour (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule : Mon-Fri 6AM-2PM or Fri / Sat, 10PM-8AM

Job Summary & Deliverables
The Rehabilitation Aide assists a team of multi-disciplinary professionals to meet the therapeutic and daily living needs of clients with physical disabilities.
The Rehab Aide assists in the operation of rehabilitative services, maintains the treatment area, and ensures that client living spaces meet program standards and client requirements.
- Facilitates rehabilitative activities specific to program guidelines
- Coordinates with ancillary providers and contractors critical to program performance
- Coordinates treatment activities with multi-disciplinary treatment team
- Supports, encourages, and problem solves with clients to do rehabilitation exercises and rebuild a self directed life
- Provides positive role modeling and teaches social and behavioral skills
- Assists clients with daily routines as needed and based on an independent living style
- Tracks and maintains client data
- Manages and accurately documents medication distribution
- Facilitates activities and crafts with clients

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience

Licenses / Certifications
- CPR certification
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Driving positions require a minimum age of 21 and a current driver’s license
