Job Description
Commercial Lines Technical Assistant
Great independent agency seeking to add a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to their large market commercial lines team.
Qualifications :
- Work with Account Manager(s) or Team Leaders to assist in the issuance, renewal,
- change / update, endorsement and / or modification of policies on assigned accounts
- Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legal
- documents, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents
- Manage and distribute insurance legal documents including, evidences of insurance,
- certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clients
- Manage assigned documentation from paper to electronic form including bar coding and
- scanning
- Provide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers or
- Commercial Account Managers as required
- Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in
- EPIC database
- Assist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records as
- required for placement of new and / or renewal business
Required
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 license.
- Strong Excel skills.
$40,000-$50,000 plus great benefits
