Under the supervision of a physician, the AT delivers a range of services, including prevention, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, re-conditioning, organization, and administration.
Athletic Trainer Key Responsibilities : On-Site Coverage : Provide on-site athletic training at designated schools and community events as instructed.
Patient Care : Deliver services such as prevention, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning.
Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely documentation adhering to Premier Health standards.Professional Practice : Engage in continuous education and stay abreast of industry trends.
Public Speaking : Participate in public speaking engagements to raise awareness and educate on sports medicine.Cost Management : Contribute to cost management initiatives within the sports medicine department.
