What We Do
What you'll be doing
- Gather client data, both quantitative and qualitative, and work with clients in understanding and defining their financial planning and investment needs and objectives.
- Review and analyze a client’s current financial situation and be able to advise on investment strategy, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, stock options, charitable giving strategies, insurance and risk management, and more.
- Identify potential issues the client may have, explain financial planning concepts, clarify client goals, and prepare financial plans.
- Provide expert guidance and client support throughout design of long-term investment strategy and appropriate asset allocation with clients, as well as implement and monitor investment portfolios and asset allocations.
- Work with third-party service providers across tax, trust & estate, and insurance specialties and guide clients on leveraging each third-party effectively and at the right time.
- Support business development efforts and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and address any issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Manage client experience / communication and administration of accounts including transactions, compliance related matters
- Monitors account activity ensuring compliance with established company policies and procedures, rules and regulations, including completion of annual Reg. 9 reviews.

- Experience working with clients whose financial assets are in excess of $1 million.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams and familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willing to learn how to effectively use unfamiliar databases, team player with employees in other departments, good with meeting deadlines and easily adapts to ever-altering priorities.
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience. Experience in financial planning and / or estate planning preferred. Requires experience interpreting financial data and ability to read and interpret various kinds of financial statements.
- Experience in banking, financial industry or related field preferred. Requires some working knowledge in the several of the following fields : income, gift and estate tax law and regulations;
- estate planning tools and techniques; financial planning tools and techniques; fiduciary duties and responsibilities; investment products and services;
and an understanding of investment markets and portfolio management.
Salary Range : $73,678.00-$108,350.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
