How can I be part of Tyson Technology?

Tyson Foods Infrastructure-as-a-Service Tech Team is seeking an administrator for our global Client Services team in our Northwest Arkansas Office.

The ideal candidate has enterprise experience, is creative, demonstrated technical aptitude with superior customer service skills.

Ability to partner with IT business units and application teams on capabilities of our messaging, collaboration, and endpoint management tool suite.

Identify opportunities with existing systems and processes where tools can greatly improve ways of working across the organization and managing our endpoints.

Looking for someone with ability to resolve complex issues quickly using solid analytical skills.

Do you have the differentiating skills and experience?

  • Experience administering and supporting Office 365 and its associated Collaboration suite of products, specifically Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online and the Power Platform
  • Familiar with Collaboration product suite, understanding of Microsoft licensing models, and Client endpoint management tools.

Working knowledge of Intune, SCCM, JAMF, PowerShell, Azure portal, Microsoft admin centers, and SQL are a plus.

Strong focus on operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment and client computing, including security, availability, performance and reliability.

Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Report evaluation, application utilization reports, sites and system usage, growth reports.

Focused on documentation of activities via the support center tool, revision of specific documentation, knowledge repositories, and correspondences.

Provide status reports where required. Communicate candidly, effectively, and motivationally.

  • Set clear goals and priorities. Deliver on commitments. Make timely, high-quality decisions. Deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Create a culture of respect where diversity and inclusiveness are valued in guidelines with the Tyson 5C’s.

Requirements

  • Education : Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical area. Equivalent experience may be acceptable.
  • Experience : 4 years minimum IT experience is preferred and proven messaging and collaboration and client computing administration experience.
  • Travel : Some travel may be required. Amount of travel will be determined by individual project requirements.
  • Location : Springdale, Arkansas (onsite)
