Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director to build and manage our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients while leading and mentoring a team of nursing professionals.
Requirements :
- 1 year of Supervisory experience is required.
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
- RN Home health experience required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with state regulations and best practices in conjunction with the Clinical Director.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with client rights, HIPAA, and medical records systems. Benefits :
