Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative with established relationships in the long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products into these facilities and a deep understanding of the Medicare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and grow market share within the long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in these facilities.
- Present and promote our range of wound care products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide product education and training to ensure optimal usage and patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and Medicare guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience, specifically within long-term care, skilled nursing, and home health.
- Established relationships with decision-makers in these facilities.
- Deep understanding of Medicare regulations and reimbursement.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
