The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries, handle complaints, process orders, and provide general product or service information, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources and tools.
- Resolve customer complaints, process refunds, and assist with product exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Suggest improvements to streamline the customer service process and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email platforms).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
