We are a residential treatment facility with immediate opportunities for Client Operations Assistants to provide direct support for clients in treatment for various psychological illnesses, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma.
Experience working with mental health populations is preferred.
Client Operations Assistants must be able to handle crisis situations appropriately. They must also be warm, caring, and possess strong boundaries with clients.
CAs should also be knowledgeable about psychological illnesses and medications and be willing to support clients' needs.
Must have the attitude of a team player and maintain a high level of professionalism. Excellent opportunity for students in graduate school to gain experience and become exposed to a clinical setting.
Position Requirements :
- One year of mental health experience or related education
- BS / BA in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred
- Must be warm, empathetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about the mental health field
- Ability to set and uphold boundaries with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and self-initiate
- Demonstrate the ability to establish a therapeutic rapport with clients
- Flexible schedule to cover shifts
- Must be at least age 21, w / a clean driving record
Responsibilities Include :
- Transporting clients to and from clinical setting
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities
- Mediating conflict
- Observing medication protocol
- Ensuring the safety of clients
- Addressing clients' needs and upholding rules and boundaries
