job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEnsure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Supervise and manage subcontractors and on-site personnel. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations. Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably within the business services industry. Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and local codes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. A focus on delivering quality work on schedule and within budget. Proficiency in construction management software and tools. Competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $140,000, based on experience and qualifications. Relocation package to get to the job site. 10% travel incentive paid out in addition to bi weekly paycheck $4,000+ monthly per diem / travel 6% 401k Match Project bonuses Unlimited PTO, 10 paid sick days, 7 company holidays, 3 floating holidays to use at your discretion, your birthday off each year Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance Opportunities for career advancement within the construction department.
