We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant

The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and executing daily office tasks with minimal supervision. They should be highly self-driven, reliable, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities :

  • Support daily office operations to enhance efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in managing administrative tasks and distributing workload to ensure optimal performance.
  • Handle scheduling, travel plans, and appointment arrangements for management.
  • Attend to phone calls and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Aid in budgeting and maintaining financial records.
  • Update and maintain office records and databases with personnel, financial, and operational data.
  • Engage with clients and customers in person, via email, and over the phone to provide outstanding service.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
  • Prepare timely reports and support in the creation of presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Offer support to colleagues and assist in various office needs.
  • Welcome and provide general assistance to visitors.
  • Assist in online promotion and management of company listings and updates as required.

Skills :

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • Proven track record as an office assistant, administrator, or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and basic accounting principles.
  • A background in secretarial studies or similar is a plus.

Education :

High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.

Experience :

  • Experience with Microsoft Office : 3 years+ (Preferred).
  • Prior administrative or office assistant experience : 3 year+ (Preferred).
  • Experience in QuickBooks : 2 year+ (Preferred).
  • bookkeeping skill is advantageous
