About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry I Job Specialty : Telemetry Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day or Night shifts, 8-hour shifts (07 : 00 AM-07 : 00 AM) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 1 year of acute clinical experience required License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS required (PALS not required) Must-Have : DCI / BVP Job Description : - Provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit - Expected to float between medical / surgical and telemetry units as needed - Monitor and interpret patient's heart rhythms and vital signs - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care - Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans - Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient information - Adhere to policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care
