Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer to join our team to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Ensures the security of the program.
Works closely with Program or Project Managers to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Conducts risk assessments and develop Security Plans to mitigate potential threats or vulnerabilities.
Provides guidance and training to staff members on security protocols and ensure compliance with security requirements and regulations.
Experienced in all aspects of the security posture of an enterprise program.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field
Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree
A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience
Two (2) years of position-specific experience
Preferred Qualifications :
4 years of position-specific relevant experience.
Clearance Requirements :
Must possess an active Top Secret clearance
Physical Requirements :
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.
S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
