Job Summary

• Preferred experience as a pickleball instructor or professional
• Comprehensive understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage with players of different skill levels
• Flexible work schedule, including two weekdays every week for league & clinic
• Flexible availability for private events, individual or group lessons
• Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

About You

• As a Pickleball Instructor at The Downtown Club, you will take the lead in conducting weekly leagues, clinics and lessons for players of diverse ages and skill levels
• This role is ideally suited for individuals who possess a deep passion for pickleball, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide players in improving their game
• Lead both group and individual coaching sessions in pickleball
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to pickleball players at varying levels of skill
• Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to enhance player performance
• Manage equipment and facilities to ensure their proper maintenance and usage
• Foster a safe, positive, and productive environment for all participants
• Engage actively within the community to promote the growth and popularity of pickleball
