Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) :
- Post open positions in SuccessFactors (online recruiting source) as well as other job boards used in the recruiting process
- Assist managers with applicant screening and interview process
- Coordinate pre -screening process
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Manage employee leave
- Conduct trainings
- Complete annual compliance reporting
- Participate in recruiting / outreach events
- Establish recruiting relationships with organizations
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required
Education / Experience
2 years of relevant experience or degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
Work Requirements :
- Must be 18 years in age or older
- Must submit to, drug screen and criminal background check
- Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
- Maintains professional demeanor in dealing with critical / confidential information; restricts discussion / knowledge of activity to a need to know basis
- Must be willing to travel on a limited basis and work away from home when required
- A valid driver’s license
Knowledge / Skill Requirements :
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with email, Internet, and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to analyze issues and exercise good judgement.
- Ability to produce results while working independently
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Ability to build relationships.
Salary and Benefits :
- This position offers an Hourly pay of $23 - $27 based on experience.
