Job Description
We are seeking a bright and motivated individual to provide temporary contract management and administrative assistance to our Legal team.
Responsibilities include coordination of contract approvals, signatures, and filing, creation and maintenance of internal legal- and business-facing guidance, trainings, and other resources.
You will also be responsible for effectively using and managing all software systems and tools used by the Legal Department and teaching team members and business users how to effectively use these tools.
Additional tasks include identification and implementation of mechanisms to improve and simplify legal and business team processes, general administrative support .
calendaring, coordinating events, assisting with presentations, and training. You may also be provided with opportunities to analyze, draft and negotiate standard form contracts, while acting as a primary go-to for the team across a range of issues.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Culver City, California.
Work Environment
This role operates on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The possibility for extension or conversion is present.
The position will be based on-site in Culver City, CA. The ideal candidate would have the ability to handle a high level of interaction with the team, adapt to the rhythm of varied tasks, and possibly have the flexibility of hours.
