Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an IT Product Analyst II for our client located in Lynnwood, WA. Hybrid role.
Job Responsibilities :
- This IT Product Analyst II is an individual contributor who works with limited supervision and is responsible for developing, testing, supporting and maintaining our client's Oracle applications and tools.
- Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions
- Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed
- Attend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing application
- Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes
- Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies
- Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions
- Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and / or Cloud applications
- Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives
- Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
- Responsible for mentoring and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members
- Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrade
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Ability to independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects
- Conduct level 2 support for deployed solutions
- Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status
- Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.
Job Qualifications :
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Some experience developing, testing, supporting or maintaining Oracle applications and tools and / or Cloud Applications
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Self-driven and self-directed with a great attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team
- Proven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators
- Documentation writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 5+ years of progressive experience in E-Business Suite R12 / 11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, and / or Service modules specific knowledge per job requirement
- Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus
- Basic SQL
- Experience developing, testing, supporting and maintaining Oracle applications and tools and / or Cloud Applications
- Previous experience interfacing with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.
- Previous experience or familiar with Depot repair, quality, and / or manufacturing

- Salary : $91,460-115,368 plus annual percentage bonus
