IT Product Analyst II

Protingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for an IT Product Analyst II for our client located in Lynnwood, WA. Hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities :

• This IT Product Analyst II is an individual contributor who works with limited supervision and is responsible for developing, testing, supporting and maintaining our client's Oracle applications and tools.
• Conduct end-user training upon completion of software solutions
• Prepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as needed
• Attend meetings with peers to gather requirements for new applications, or modifications to existing application
• Demonstrate the ability to respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Responsible for working Oracle enhancements request, identifying new solution, and providing general support to address break fixes
• Code, test, and troubleshoot Oracle applications as assigned utilizing the appropriate software, hardware, database, and programming technologies
• Be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining oracle modules and solutions
• Maintain, enhance, and augment the core capabilities of the Oracle ERP and / or Cloud applications
• Collaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiatives
• Be available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor or management
• Responsible for mentoring and knowledge transfer to less experienced team members
• Provide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgrade
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish
• Ability to independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects
• Conduct level 2 support for deployed solutions
• Interface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status
• Modify standard software and applications to meet specified functional requirements.

Job Qualifications :

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Some experience developing, testing, supporting or maintaining Oracle applications and tools and / or Cloud Applications
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Self-driven and self-directed with a great attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interest in efficiency and continuous improvement
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team
• Proven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators
• Documentation writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

• 5+ years of progressive experience in E-Business Suite R12 / 11i with Supply Chain, Finance, Discrete Manufacturing, and / or Service modules specific knowledge per job requirement
• Experience with Oracle Fusion a plus
• Basic SQL
• Experience developing, testing, supporting and maintaining Oracle applications and tools and / or Cloud Applications
• Previous experience interfacing with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project status.
• Previous experience or familiar with Depot repair, quality, and / or manufacturing

• Job Type- Direct Hire FTE
• Hybrid w / 2 days of WFH
• Location : Lynnwood, WA
• Salary : $91,460-115,368 plus annual percentage bonus
