As a Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to Governing Bodies, as well as Internal and External Auditors to raise the Compliance bar, attract new customers, onboard new regions, and help our organization conform to new audit frameworks.

You will play a pivotal role in helping the organization select, build, and maintain a World Class Data Center organization.
You will be embedded in a team of audit and compliance professionals within the Data Center Services (DCS), who is on point for standardizing the way we communicate, remediate compliance gaps, and coordinate with our partners across the globe.

Basic Qualifications :
- Experience in Information Security and Audit / Compliance
- Gap assess process, controls, standards against like counterparts to understand differences and needed actions
- Foundational Knowledge : Project Management, Process Engineering, and Data Centers
- Experience JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Ability to pass US government background screening and citizenship requirements, if requested
- Strong bias toward action with a positive demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
- Ability to prioritize, lead, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated and able to work against changing priorities and schedules
- Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking skills
Career Level - IC3
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US : Hiring Range : from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
