Job Summary :
This role works closely with the team leadership to discover insights from our numerous resources that will help fuel sales.
It is especially focused on custom requests for client calls. This is a very fast-paced position with a high volume of RFPs, ad hoc requests, and larger insights projects.
This role will leverage expertise in a variety of measurement sources to help shape research design, share actionable findings and develop junior staff.
It also plays a key role in regulating our workflow, so we are making best use of our bandwidth. An ability to innovate processes and data usages is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role :
- Craft custom client sales narratives
- Develop junior staff
- Audience insights projects
- Advertiser insights projects
- Regulate workflow (. traffic RFPs)
Required Education, Experience / Skills / Training :
- A minimum of 7+ years of media / market research experience with a strong focus in advertising research at a media company or advertising agency
- Experience working across linear and addressable platforms.
- Experience leading, mentoring and managing junior team members.
- Proficiency with media measurement tools including Nielsen’s local TV measurement tools (NLTV, , Nielsen Scarborough, MRI / Simmons, Nielsen Ad Intel, Media Monitors, comScore, Local Nielsen Media Impact, YouGov, WRAP and Civic Science.
- Strong client management skills, time management skills, written and oral communications skills .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience with Tableau is a big plus.

The hiring range for this position is $138,000 - $189,700 per year .The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
