MWR Logistics is seeking a Part-Time
Pickup & Delivery Driver to transport, load, and unload equipment and portable restroom units. Responsibilities consist of both unit delivery and scheduled maintenance of units.
A Pickup & Delivery Driver typically drives a preset route and picks up, drops off, and services / inspects / repairs portable table restroom units on that route.
The ability to drive large trucks is a requirement, in addition to pre-employment background & drug checks.

Responsibilities :
- Provides excellent customer service while delivering, servicing, and picking up the portable sanitation units.
- Maintains quality by effectively cleaning, stocking, and maintaining portable restrooms.
- Puts safety as a priority in your daily actions.
- Delivers, sets up, and removes portable restroom units to / from customer sites.
- Maintains and updates changes or adjustments on routes with scheduling dispatcher.
- Professional interaction with internal and external customers.
- Repairs, cleans, and prepares portable restroom units for delivery, as needed.
- Maintains a clean truck.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
Time Commitment :
- Up to 30 Hours Weekly (40 hours for FT position)
- 10-hour shifts, early start
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Monday - Friday
Requirements
Experience, Skills & Qualities Required :
- A CDL is required, but exceptional candidates with a Class C Driver’s License (26,000 pounds and under) will be considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivate.
- Ability to operate a large truck and possibly pull / maneuver / back up a long trailer.
- Ability to withstand physical labor including moving and / or lifting (up to 100 pounds).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Effective communication skills, especially under pressure.
- Experience in transportation, trucking, environmental, or sanitation industries.
- Teamwork and the ability to assist with shared responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work occasional short weekend shifts for festivals, football games and other events during the summer and fall.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Past felonies are not a disqualifier, but we do work at schools and at job sites that require security clearance, so any past offenses need to be explained in detail.
- Ability to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri 63104 : Relocation required prior to start
Experience, Skills & Qualities Preferred :
- Proficiency in hands-on problem-solving and repair.
- Proven track record of selling and delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation is preferred, but we are willing to train.
- Collaborative work in shared spaces.
- Experience in sales and customer interaction.
