• Pay Rate : $19.43 / hour
• Shift Hour s : 6am to 2 : 30pm (OT until 4 : 30 as needed and every other Saturday)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be :

• Reads and interprets drawings along with visual inspection of sheet metal products.
• Flexing / Cross Training is a must to be effective as a team.
• Participate in resolving production challenges and making process decisions.
• Assist in selection and / or set-up of specialized equipment.
• Perform a wide variety of troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
• Running Press Brake equipment, CNC punch press, Fiber Optic laser’s, Haeger Pem Machines.
• Follow audit and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three to six months of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience.
• Background in precision mechanical operation and low volume, complex manufacturing processes preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
• Ability to read tape measure / Calipers or other measuring devices. (or ability to learn)
• Ability to analyze and solve problems independently as well as collaboratively.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
