TITLE : Clinical Phone Triage LPN Team Lead, Multi-Specialty
$3000 bonus offered
OBJECTIVE :
The Clinical Team Lead oversees all aspects of the triage team while establishing and maintaining all current ASC policies and procedures.
Responsibilities may include phone triage, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and responding to patient requests and concerns.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Clinical phone triage.
- Post-operative calls.
- Scheduling of appointments.
- Responding to all MD tasks.
- Patient portal messages.
- Prior Authorizations.
- Test tracker reports.
- Other duties as assigned per department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Ability to problem solve and utilize critical thinking skills
- Exceptional computer and typing skills
- Knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Willingness to be adaptable and flexible
- Knowledge of proper documentation guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality, HIPAA, and compliance regulations & requirements
- EHR experience
LICENSE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACTIVE Connecticut LPN LICENSE
- BLS Certification
LOCATION (Hybrid) :
Danbury office- 2 days
Offsite- 3 days
SCHEDULE :
40 hours per week, 8 am to 5 pm (Monday through Friday)
