$16-$20 per hour DOE

Responsibilities :
- Post vendor invoices into accounting system
- Complete paperwork for dealer-traded new vehicles
- Report dealer transfers to GM
- Record all purchased vehicles into accounting system and update vehicle maintenance records
- Balance vendors to statements
- Contact vendors for missing invoices
- Write payable checks
- Will also be responsible for researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files and vehicle inventory
- Will serve as a backup to the Title Clerk
- Assist with other administrative functions
Requirements :
- 1-3 Years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting - preferably in a dealership
- Must be customer-focused, be a team player, and be an effective communicator
- Must have strong computer skills including Excel and a 10-key calculator
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred.
