Data Entry Specialist
CSI Companies is hiring several Hybrid - Data Entry Specialists for a short term contract this summer with a major agriscience company in Indianapolis, IN.
This exciting opportunity offers a $500 sign on bonus AND a $500 completion bonus at the end of the contract!
Start Date : July 10th
Contract Length : Approx. 5 weeks
Pay : $20-25 / hr based on experience
Location : Indianapolis, IN (Zionsville) 46268
Hybrid Schedule : Onsite (Tuesday - Thursday) Remote (Monday & Friday)

Job Description :
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for transferring research data from spreadsheets to the the internal planning database, this includes working in Excel, SharePoint, and Enterprise Database.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Pick up each request from a SharePoint workflow that will be directed to the specialist.
- Open the request in Excel file format, and then add any changes in the form to the enterprise planning system and mark complete, or add new / new tasks to the enterprise system.
- There will be several hundred requests coming through during the month long project, with multiple fields to add / change.
- Most fields will be required to be copy / pasted to avoid transcription errors, and then they will type initials / date to indicate who changed when and why (annual planning).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer Savvy
- Attention to detail
- Reliable transportation Tues-Thursday to the office
- High Speed internet connection with a quiet distraction free workspace
