Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support ticketing system
- Work with a team that is responsible for the day to day maintenance, monitoring, managing and support of our Office 365 Exchange environment.
- Needs to be able to work in a team atmosphere, able to learn quickly, and be a self-motivator.
- Nice to have Active Directory experience, or Office Communicator
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 or more years of experience in administration of large exchange environments.
- Experience in Exchange 2010 and 2013.
- Experience with Office 365 (O365) is a plus but can be taught to the right person.
- Skype for Business experience a plus
- Lync or Office Communicator a plus
