Director of Total Rewards : Leading Strategic Design and Administration of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, and Employee Health Programs.
Responsibilities :
Compensation : Regularly review job roles for accurate FLSA classifications, job level assignments, and job family alignment.
Manage scalable job leveling structures and tools. Oversee company compensation programs, policies, and guidelines, ensuring competitive and effective practices.
Conduct compensation analyses for acquisition targets and propose solutions as needed.
Benefits : Oversee wellness and employee health programs, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive benefits packages (health, dental, life insurance, 401k, wellness, etc.) in partnership with providers and intermediaries.
Ensure timely and effective employee support from the benefits team.
Total Rewards Strategy : Partner with HR and business leaders to implement total rewards strategies that align with the company's goals, drive employee engagement, and support key business initiatives.
Keep abreast of global market data and adapt programs to maintain competitiveness, ensuring the company remains an employer of choice.
Analytics & Reporting : Develop metrics, analytics, and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and guide future direction.
Research trends affecting compensation and benefits to continuously enhance practices. Manage all internal and external reporting related to total rewards, including federal compliance.
Budgeting : Prepare and manage the department budget, ensuring expenditure controls and alignment with business goals.
Partner with finance to forecast and budget for potential benefits enhancements.
Leadership : Foster strong relationships across the organization (finance, payroll, legal, etc.) to resolve complex challenges while maintaining compliance.
Build trust through cross-functional collaboration. Lead, coach, and develop a Total Rewards team of 2 employees, aligning performance with company goals and expectations.
