Description
Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring an Outside Plant (OSP) Telecom Construction Project Manager for fiber optic installation and splicing projects in the Atlanta metro area.
Responsibilities 1. Accurately plan for materials, equipment, and labor to provide for safe, and on-time project completion while striving to exceed requirements and specifications2.
Provide all required job reports3. Complete as-builts and redline prints4. Manage change orders and progress billing with the customer5.
Communicate job status with customers, be responsive to requests6. Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews7. Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project8.
May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance9. Provide effective leadership for the project team10.
Evaluate Teammate's performance and develop a plan for increasing growth and responsibility Requirements & Qualifications 1.
5+ years previous Outside Plant Telecom experience is required2. Ability to travel as needed in and around the Atlanta metro and surrounding areas3.
Experience in contract management, change orders, and unit price schedules4. Ability to interpret construction drawings and create as-built prints5.
Must have computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications6. Valid Drivers License with a safe driving history*CA*FB
